Capital Region USA's inaugural Global Travel Exchange will be an annual marketplace designed to connect the region's travel suppliers, overseas buyers, travel trade media, and receptive operators in face-to-face appointments, regional familiarization tours and engaging networking events. Orientation Program

VTC Orientation, May 10-12 – Register Now!

Join the Virginia Tourism Corporation from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm for an all-new, three-day virtual Orientation where you will learn about VTC’s programs and how to maximize your tourism potential. Participants will learn about grants, public relations, research, marketing, tourism success stories, and much more. Registration closes Friday, May 6 at noon.

This Orientation is a must for tourism marketers, DMOs, managers/owners of Virginia tourism properties, and those who want to increase their visitation. There is no cost for Orientation.

Registration is open for 2022 STS Marketing College® - June 5-10, 2022 – Macon, GA

Every year, Marketing College® students participate in a curriculum of courses designed to teach marketing techniques from all facets of the tourism industry.  Upon completion of the three-year Marketing College curriculum, students receive a Travel Marketing Professional (TMP) certification. Entrepreneur Express Program Returns

This free, three-hour Entrepreneur Express workshop, which was originally developed in 2010, offers education and resources for those who are either starting or expanding a business in the region. Topics covered include determining business viability, financing, marketing, technology, and more.
